Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities within an organization. They provide strategic financial insight and guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
